What is Sekhem Healing?
Sekhem Healing is an Ancient Egyptian healing energy, channelled through the practitioner into the client’s central nervous system. In a spiritual sense, the word Sekhem means ‘might’ or ‘authority’ and is linked to Sekhmet, the lioness-headed Goddess of Destruction – Goddess of change and destroying what no longer serves you.
Goddess Sekhmet is also linked with Maat, the Goddess of Truth. Appropriate, don’t you think?
Sekhem Healing is deep and profound energy that reaches the client on a soul level. This subtle and deeply powerful energy cleanses, clears and balances every cell in the body, down to your DNA level. It dissolves blockages and releases wounds from the past and present, leaving you feeling calm, relaxed and whole.

Each healing session is intention-based, and helps you to fulfil what it is you have been looking for. It brings with it a deep feeling of love, wholeness and a feeling that can sometimes be described as ‘going home’. It will assist you in becoming more of who you are, aligning beautifully with the concept of living truthfully.
Sekhem was reintroduced into the modern world in the 1990’s by Australian Master Teacher, Helen Belot. It has similarities to Reiki and Seichem, in that it is an energy-based healing system channelled through the practitioner into the client, however Sekhem is regarded as the original source and has a deeper, higher vibration with different philosophy and concepts to that of other healing modalities.
It promotes the courage within yourself to make a change and step into who you are. It is an energy of pure, all-encompassing love, working deeply to shift long-held beliefs and patterns.
Sekhem heals on all levels of mind, body, spirit and emotion. There is nothing quite like it and it needs to be experienced to get a true sense of Sekhem’s power. Regarded as a feminine energy, it can assist in healing the yin/yang female/male energy balance.
