Erica started her dance training (ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary) aged 8 and spent the next 20 years jumping around. Whilst in the UK she choreographed the 2012 [Foreign Affairs] Production ‘A Night of Affairs’ and the 2010/2011 UK Tour of ‘Girls Night’ for Goodnights Entertainment.
Erica was Resident Choreographer for Blackbird Productions from 2001-2003, her work including The Australasian Premiere of ‘A New Brain’, ‘Falsettos’ and ‘You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown’.
After graduating from BAPA in 1999, Erica went on to study at The National Institute of Circus Arts, which lead to a strong partnership with Little Devils Circus where she was a teacher and choreographer for 9 years. She has choreographed works for numerous NICA graduates, state and national sports acrobatic champions as well as the highlight of working with hand balancer Sergei Droujina from The Great Moscow Circus.
She now focuses on physical theatre training for actors and circus performers.
